    Hi, so I have never had any problem like this with my pc for 4 years. One day my pc just gave me this blue screen saying “Recovery Your Pc/Device needs to be repaired The operating system couldn’t be loaded because a critical system driver missing or contains errors. File: \windows\System32\drivers\acpivkce.sys Error code 0xc000007b you’ll need to use recovery tools and then it gave me 4 options Press enter to try again Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment Press F8 Startup Settings Press Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings. If anyone can help I would be so thankful. I also want to know if all my

    Recovery. Your pc or device needs to be repaired

    Hi,

    To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

    • Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Choose Advanced option
    • Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
    • Once done, your system will restart.

    Are you able to follow them?
