Windows 10: How to fix your pc when you deleted system32 because someone told you so?

hello, someone told me to delete system32 which i successfully did, and i didnt know it would CORRUPT my pc so bad i tried every yt vids on how to fix it via command prompt because im stuck on the advance repair option and blue screen, i tried bootable usb, and i cant reset my pc nor delete all data, please help

As the title said, someone told me to delete system32 to make my pc faster then restarted my pc. After i did that my computer will startup saying, acer then go off then start again say acer and shut off and on and on so i just unplugged
it. Is there any way to fix this? Please i really need help.

My PC is doing good but I only wanna know if system32 is deleted can it be fixed without USB or with factory reset?

Are you saying you haven't deleted it? I.e. is your question purely hypothetical? And I do hope you noticed what I said about using disk imaging. Anyway, I'm out of this. Good luck.
