Windows 10: How to force close if I can't click on task manager?

I am using screencast-o-matic, but I am having an error where I cannot click on anything on my screen...

I can use keyboard commands, I can open up task manager, but I cannot click on anything in task manager to force close screencast-o-matic...

I tried alt-F4 and that didn't work for closing it, but it worked for closing task manager... Ugh.

I need like a task manager keyboard control of it I guess... Hmm

Can't close Task Manager in Windows 10

I opened Task manager in Windows 10 to force a program to close and afterwards I can't get Task Manager to close. I attempted to open a new Task Manager window, but it just switched to the current TM window that I can't close.

Task manager is still crashing when applied the above steps and explorer crashes as it takes a while to close and its stuck on a white window and i cant open start till it goes.
