Windows 10: How To Forcefully Stop Apps From Running On Computer Startup

I've had a recurring issue with 2 programs that run despite the fact that I have Run on Startup disabled in their settings.They DO NOT appear in:Settings --> Apps --> Startup,Task Manager -->Startup,C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp.I did recently find them in Start Menu, removed them, and am hoping that solves the issue. But even if it does, that doesn't stop it from having been one because they aren't appearing where they should be.This is an issue I've had on and off depending on the specific iteration of my computer I'm currently using Currently on the

To repeat the two means of stopping things I suggested running other than using the task manager I suggested:

 

Windows Service not running at computer startup / restart.

@Samurai - Thanks for the suggestion, but how does this recommendaiton work with an already existing service? Because the service is already listed in the services list, it just refuses to start when set to "Automatic" when I startup or restart the computer.

By the looks of the "runaservice" download, it will create a whole new service in the services list, as if I don't currently have one.

1. Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows Key + I shortcut keys.

3. On the "Background apps" page use one of the two options:

• Turn off the Let apps run in the background toggle switch to disable all apps acquired from the Store.
  
• Turn off the toggle switches for the specific apps you don't want to run in the background.

Once you complete these steps, the Windows 10 apps you configured will no longer run in the background.
