Windows 10: How to format Xbox 1 internal hardrive to my hp desktop or fix my desktop

Comp error pics So my Xbox 1 has bit the dust and my ho tower doesn't want to work. Help me reformat or fix my desktop please. That link is pictures of errors I was getting on my tower.

Fix my hardrive

Hi, I am having trouble with using my Seagate 1 tb hardrive. I have looked up many tutorials online and none of them are helping me. I have formatted it for the xbox 1 however, ever since I have plugged it in to my other console, it has not been recognized
as a hardrive for my xbox or my computer. I have even went into the This Pc<Manage<Disc management. How do I reset it, I don't even need any of the files except the files to run it. Or any other solution.
