Windows 10: How to fresh restart?

I'm having troubles ever since I did a restart on my computer; I can't open windows settings, searchbar/Cortana, and start menu. I know that my windows I have was corrupt anyways due to past issues, but I can't reach the fresh restart ability if I can not open windows defender. Is there any way to execute a fresh restart and install a new windows without windows defender and the complications I'm having currently?


PS: I do have windows 10 already I just need to install the new version without disk or windows defender.

Hard drive/ OS issue

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted

Mouse Pointer in Fresh Paint

As of now, there is no option to disappear mouse pointer and turn into a dot or circle.I suggest you to use feedback inside the fresh paint app and give feedback regarding this.

Please follow the steps below:

• Open fresh paint.
• Click on hub(the three lines, in top left corner).
• Click on settings.
• Click on send feedback.

Inexplicable restarts


Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...
