Windows 10: how to get a licnese key if lost and purhcased from store

am tryingt oget support from the store but the only thing i get is an email confimying they got the request nothing no call only email.. email syas to respond above this lien______________________________________________ i do reply but am not getting anywhere they just simply don't reply to my email or do i wait for a call from microsoft but my phone did not get any phone call yesterday or today at alll help HWLP plwwaw ANYONE HELP

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.
