Windows 10: How to get a refund for online purchase!

I made a $199 online upgrade purchase of Windows Pro 11 and only received Windows 11 which was already on my computer! I can not figure out how contact Microsoft or get a refund!

• Are there any error messages when you tried to play the game?
• What is exactly happening to the game when you tried to launch it.
