Windows 10: How to get access to folder "You don't currently have permission to access this folder"

I'm using Windows 11 Pro ARM edition. I am logged in as an administrator. I'm trying to access the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\subfolderSince I'm unable to access the subfolder, I right-mouse click on subfolder and click Properties, and select the 'Security' tab.The tab says "You must have read permissions to view the properties of this object". I click the Advanced button. "Click continue to attempt the operation with administrative permissions". I click 'continue'.I see some options. The owner is set as SYSTEM. I have given myself FULL CONTROL. I

You don't have permissions to save in this folder

Which folder are you trying to save to?

If you aren't using the true administrator there will be certainly places you can't save to, or even access unless you manually change the security permissions to allow yourself access.

Tried your suggestion but the Controlled folder access toggle switch is greyed out. Thanks for your response.
