Windows 10: How to get an infinite automatic scroll for sub components in a listbox

I want to implement a automatic scroll behavior from right to left which keeps moving infinite time. I have tried this using storyboard but facing some flickering issue after data loads once. It should smoothly start showing same data again without getting noticed.please find my code below :- <StackPanel Height="30" Width="400" HorizontalAlignment="Stretch" Orientation="Horizontal" > <ListBox x:Name="lbxCallProgress"

...First, Thank you for answering relatively quick... Having raging OCD, the security of my system is top-notch BUT, I did run the scan you linked and nothing was found.

After following you instruction in your second suggestion, unfortunately those suspended components/sub-routines remained in that suspended state. Do I need to remove this from the Powershell, my concern is that while "hovering" my TaskBar, the mouse
pointer switches to indicate there are back-ground programs running, and my Resource Monitor reveals that ShellEperienceHost.exe has been added to the cluster of suspended components/sub-routines.

Upon executing your third suggestion... Windows has enlightened me Get-AppXPackage is NON-EXISTANT which infuriates as in the last 48-hours, Windows10 Pro was re-installed, 3-times. WHY? Presumably, once Get-AppXPackage is introduced into my system, that
PowerShell issue will resolve? My machine is high-end and all of my software is as well, I don't see any issues stemming from my department, causing these suspensions.

With this new information, can you suggest/recommend my next plan of action? -Shai

 

scrolling bad

New event. When placing cursor over a list or row of columns, even the volume bar scrolling is automatic and proceeds to one end of the series and stops. The scrolling also stops when I move the cursor away from the list but am unable to select anything in the list. Not all the possible lists are effected. Other sites have recommended mouse/kb fixes. Have tried all those but the phenomena persists. Have not had any known updates recently and don't have a restore point to try. Any other suggestions? W10Pro 1903
