Windows 10: How to get around windows log in for lap top?

Been forever since I used my laptop trying to sign in on boot up but it keeps cycling to the sign in. I've changed my password and restarted several times any ideas on a work around or how to disable? Believe O/S is windows 10

Dell lap top problem

The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

I suggest you to perform the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the playing Audio troubleshooter
  

Check if it helps.
