Windows 10: How to get back missing wifi icon back without internet?

Hello,wifi icon is missing from laptop, I can’t connect to internet. In network connection it doesn't show option to connect wifi. Not even mobile hotspot.So now I cannot connect to internet How do I back my wifi issue resolve/troubleshoot/update driver without connecting to internet?Can you lease resolve this ASAP.

I tried all the suggestions listed beforehand and my wifi icon has gone from the notifications area as well as the list in the settings for the task bar and notification area. does anyone know how to get it back? none of the suggestions so far have worked.

after windows10 KB4486561 update my wifi icon and wifi list disappeared. My wifi is working very well though. I tried all suggested solution here:

but none of them worked for me. Also I tried to start "network list" service but it popped up error message and it didn't work either. How can I solve this problem?

We would like to know more about this issue with the WiFi icon not showing on the taskbar. Kindly answer the following:

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
• Have you tried connecting to the internet using an Ethernet?
