Windows 10: How to get back to factory supplied windows home

So i want to get full controle back of my computer. I installed windows education but want to go back to the factory supplied windows 10 home. I tried factory reset without deleting the files. That however immediately reinstalles windows 10 education. Now i tried the other option. But it still asks for a Microsoft work or school account. How to I truly factory reset my laptop to the windows version supplied from factory?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
