    hi. So, I can't log into Windows because windows forgot my PIN after I tried to run it in safe mode to check for errors. There is nothing on the login screen, there is nowhere to enter the PIN, only an error. I went to advanced troubleshoot to repair the boot, but a Bitlocker Recovery Key is required, which I do not have printed and cannot find it in the Windows control panel because can't login. The page on the Microsoft website that should show the Recovery Key for my device is NOT WORKING. Nothing has working. What to do? I have been trying to solve the problem for several days.     Bitlocker Recovery Key

    No, no other accounts.

    What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

    I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
