  1. How to get clock speed to full potential

I have a friend who needs to host zoom meetings, but his cpu speed is only 1.6ghz, and he can't screen share video files--the cpu is bottlenecking and runs at 100%. So we need to increase the speed. Here are his cpu specs: Intel® Pentium® N3710 (1.6 GHz, up to 2.56 GHz, 2 MB cache, 4 cores). If the processor can go up to 2.56GHz, how do we get it to go that fast?

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

  3. 5800 clock speed

Its 434 mhz. Nokia increased clock speeds from 369 mhz after firmware 20.0.

The ARM 11 has a recommended clock speed of 600 mhz and the N8 will have its ARM 11 processor clocked at 680 mhz.
