    How to get diacritics dot below the letter for consonants viz d, t, h, s etc. with Right...


    I have been using Right 'alt' tab for adding 'Diacritic' to a letter. For all vowels I have been getting correct diacritic as desired viz, ā, ē, ī, ō, ū. However, I am not getting diacritics dot below the letter for consonants viz d, t, h, s etc. Earlier this problem was not there but probably it might have been started when I updated 'Windows 10' recently.

    Problem with Arabic diacritic formatting using Character MAp

    Problem with Character Map in Word. WHen I try to insert an Arabic diacritic of a dot under an 'h', for example, I get this but then also a letter space which cannot be deleted. When I try to delete the space it deletes the letter with the diacritic.

    Drive letter changed from D: to E:

    Hi Caleb,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this, to make that drive the D dive, you must first remove the letter D from the other drive.

    Try the following steps, if you cannot do that because of administrator privileges, you will need to get the admin to do this.

    Insert the USB that took the D drive letter.

    Open Disk Management.

    Right click the D drive and select 'Change Drive Letter'

    Change the drive letter to H and save that.

    Safely remove that drive.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then insert the drive you want to be D

    Check in File Explorer if that is not back to being the D drive.

    If not, open Drive Management again and set its drive letter to D.

    Drive letter is skipped

    Windows 11, about 2 weeks since install, trouble every day.

    The boot drive is connected via SATA-0 and a data drive connected via SATA-1 The second drive is shown at drive E. It used to be D. I want it to be D. Following a web page:

    Log in as administrator

    Right click Win icon -> Disk Management

    Right click on drive TERABYTE (EHow to get diacritics dot below the letter for consonants viz d, t, h, s etc. with Right... :) -> Change drive letter and paths

    The E drive is the only one displayed. Highlight it and click button Change

    In the field to the right of text “Assign the following drive letter, click the drop down arrow.

    The list presented is: A, B, E, H, J

    C is taken. D and I are not displayed.

    What steps are needed to get D and I added to the list?
