    How to get everything back


    I turned on my laptop. I didn't restart or anything, I just turned it on like usual and usually I have quite a few things on my desktop. General thing like word, excel and so on, as well as photoshop, visual studio and games. And my files would have most my work and pictures. I must say my laptop has been slow recently but thats all. It was fine till a couple days ago I turned it on and nearly all the apps on the desktop were gone. I checked in my file and and it said it was empty. I checked all the other files and they are all gone. I mean everything is gone. I don't know how to get everythin
