Windows 10: how to get extended model number info when motherboard changed

is there a utility to run?
Example, I have 2 ASUS laptops, one is q525ua-B17T9 for the complete model number from the tag
Other Asus is a q504u, tag label on back is damaged cant be read, and besides that I had to change MB and the part number is different even though it is the same configuration, I have no idea what the real entire model number is.
So I dont know the final 6 or more digits.

90NB0BZ0-R00060 is the new motherboard, old is 60NBOBZO-MB1520

I already made an error buying a wrong digitizer, the connection wont match my touch board, so will have to be returned.
The ebay one comes with a new touchboard which I assume my cable will plug into. But then there is a question about shape of camera - microphone ports, honestly it is a mess.

And I replaced the motherboard with a slightly different number printed on the motherboard.

I cant determine the proper part for the screen digitizer as I want to get the one that will definitely work with the replacement motherboard.

example here is one off Amazon, but It will only work on q504u with those series of last digits to the model name.
Some people say on the questions, they have a q504u without the correct least digits and the seller says it wont work on there laptop.

Motherboard model numbers

I have a hp pegatron lga1366 motherboard model number 594415-002 and my question is if I was to replace my motherboard with the exact same motherboard does it have to be the same model number because hp pegatron lga1366 has two model numbers 594415-001
and 594415-002 I contacted a Microsoft rep on the chat and he wasn't to helpful I just need to know if I can install a 594415-001 motherboard in place of my 594415 because my goodman air conditioner outside unit took out two of my memory slots and almost took
out my power supply my hp pegatron lga1366 594415-002 motherboard still works and I still have 4 memory slots that work and I bought a new power supply to take the place of the one that almost got taken out.

The hp pegatron motherboards are the same the only difference is the model numbers I contacted an ebay seller today about the 594415-001 that he has for sell and asked him if changing out my 594415-002 motherboard with a hp pegatron 594415-001 motherboard
and reinstalling windows 10 on would cause any issue and he said no it shouldn't cause any issues but I will try and contact hp and find out about the hp pegatron 594415-001 and 594415-002 motherboard thank you for trying to help you have a great night.

 

Change motherboard with exact same model

Short answer: You do not have to reinstall. In fact, you will be able to continue normally.

Long answer: Traditionally, changing motherboard has always been one of the things that voided Windows activation. However, you need not worry, for the following reasons:

• Windows might not considers the replacement of the motherboard with an exact same model a motherboard change. It entirely depends on the manufacturer and intricate manufacturing details that we don't know. (For example, what if the manufacturer sends a motherboard with updated BIOS or a different serial number?) Also, Windows 10 is a much more tolerant and lenient Windows.
  
• You can prevent the activation getting voided by associating your Windows 10 license with your Microsoft account. Either sign in to Windows using a Microsoft account, or use the Settings app to link the license. For detailed information, see:

Before changing your motherboard, make sure you do a full shutdown. To do so, hold down the Shift key before clicking on the shutdown button.
