Windows 10: How to get Game First IV to start up silently at logon?

I am trying to get Game First IV to start up on login by it's self in the background. (silent startup with an icon in the notification tray). I have tried just about all I know how to do and either it fails to start, or it starts up but does not do so in the background. Asking for user account control authorization and then opens the full window even when I set it to start minimized and as admin. Does anyone know of a way I can get Game First IV do this thanks.

If windows logon and logoff options are not available,then in that case you just need to

  Enable play start up sounds.to get the windows start up sound .And by default there will be single sound available for windows logon sound.
