    "How To Get Help In Windows 10" window keeps appearing.


    Hello. so i'm having an issue, where i'm just watching a youtube video and all of a sudden a new Microsoft Edge window pops up with a bing search entitled "how to get help windows 10." i believe there is another thread with this same issue., but when my computer does it, it does other things, ranging from turning on my Narrator, to changing my Keyboard buttons around. i would appreciate the help.
