    Update disabled pin.* Its been so long since I dealt with MS for anything.* I don't have the old credit cartd info.* I don't remember old passwords.* Log in is sketchy, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. I copy and paste log in and password info, yet MS says one or the other is invalid. * On one successful login, I attempted to chage password, when I entered the old password, it said my pasword was invalid. The very same password I just used to log in.* On another successful log in, I tried to change the password, but the two password fields were yellow and no key pad appeared, s

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Hello there, @fullinfusion!

    It seems like some sort of an OS confusion has happened with your secondary WD Black and I'm sorry to hear about that. *Frown How to get help when MS Support keeps returning you to their Help which doesn't help :(
    Maybe re-formatting it would help indeed as the community already mentioned. I'd suggest to take a look at this step-by-step how to partition and format an HDD: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=PYCoid
    Keep in mind that this will wipe clean the drive, so you should backup all important data from the drive somewhere else.
    I noticed from the screenshots that your HDD appears as Disk 0, this means that it's plugged in the primary SATA port where the SSD (as an OS drive) should be. Actually it is possible that because of this Windows cannot create the image there. Swap the ports of the SSD and the HDD, this might help as well.
