Windows 10: How to get icloud sync with windows please?

I have a Microsoft surface pro 9 with Windows 11 brand-new. My iCloud folders do not sync despite having the iCloud app etc installed. The iCloud folder still looks the same as what they were about a month ago Despite many updates. I have done simple troubleshooting that I could find on the web but nothing seems to work. I would be grateful for any advice. Also has Microsoft/ windows not have customer service support that we can ring like Apple? Many thanks

Creators upgrade and CodeTwo Sync for iCloud

My upgrade went smoothly, but Office Outlook 2007 would not open, citing Code Two as the culprit. Code Two is an Outlook add-in that syncs Outlook calendars, contacts etc with iCloud calendars, contacts etc.
With Code two uninstalled, Outlook works fine, as does iCloud for windows.
I've tried all suggested fixes on the code two website, but have had no success in getting the calendars to sync.
Has anyone been able to get them to play together?

Problems syncing iCloud Calendar with Windows 10 Calendar

I suggest you to go through the below steps and check if it helps.

  Login to your Apple ID and password.
  
• 
  Choose ‘Calendar‘, click on the ‘WiFi’-like Logo next to the calendar you want to see in Windows 10 calendar app.
  
• 
  Choose ‘Public Calendar‘ and send copy the link.
  
• 
  Next, login to your outlook.com account, go to ‘Calendar‘ in the PC website view, click on ‘Import‘, then on ‘Subscribe‘, choose a calendar name, paste the iCloud calendar link
  and click ‘Subscribe‘.
  
• 
  Now the iCloud calendar subscription is processing and after a short while you can see your iCloud calendar apps on outlook.com.
  
• 
  For checking correct syncing, go to the settings wheel on the right upper corner, click on ‘Options‘ and then on the name of the iCloud calendar subscription you gave in step 4. Under ‘Last Refresh‘,
  you can see the refresh period and the number of correctly synced events.
  
• 
  Open Windows 10 calendar app. If you’ve already set up your outlook.com account, you will see the iCloud calendar subscription in ‘read-only’ mode.
