    How to get in my account?


    Hi folks! After getting a refurbished laptop, I started it with a new outlook account. 1. I lost my password.2. Obvioulsy I twisted some numbers in my phone number.3. Now BitLocker is active. Edit: I don't have a keyWhat can I do to get back into my new outlook account?Thanks for your help!
