Windows 10: How to get Java to utilize Nvidia RTX GPU?

For a few days now I've been trying to get Java, more specifically Minecraft, to use my Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, but the Nvidia Control Panel doesn't have the "Preferred graphics processor" dropdown option. I tried going into Graphics in System Settings and changing it that way, and it says that JavaTM Platform SE Binary is set to High Performance with the 4070, but when I open the game, it still runs at less than 20 FPS with low-level shaders added, and in the F3 menu in-game, it claims that the game is still running off an AMD Radeon Graphics core. At this point I have no idea what els

Windows 10 Nvidia Quadro M1000M GPU not working after installing external GPU NVidia GeForce RTX 3060

I have a Lenovo P50 laptop with an internal Quadro m1000m GPU. I installed recently an external NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU (thunderbolt attached), and the internal Quadro m1000m GPU gets a Code 31 in device manager.

The NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU driver does not list Quadro m1000m as supported.

Is it possible to have multiple GPUs with different NVidia drivers on Windows 10?
