Windows 10: How to get Microsoft Store back and Bluetooth issues.

I am experiencing a series of issues after resetting my PC. Initially, I was using Windows 10, but I mistakenly reset my system and it reverted to Windows 7. After upgrading back to Windows 10, I am facing the following problems:1. Bluetooth not working: Bluetooth doesn’t show up anywhere, including the Device Manager. I cannot find Bluetooth settings, and it does not appear under “Network adapters.”2. Windows Store not functioning: The Windows Store isn’t available on my PC. When I attempt to open it, the app closes immediately after opening. I’ve also tried running the wsreset comm
