Windows 10: How to get my Bit Locker key

Window 11 was installed on my laptop overnight. Then, in the morning, my machine cannot work properly, my desktop was cleaned, and it was not functioning properly, e.g. when I open a folder, it will be eventually be closed. I tried to restore the system to one week before, thinking that it might uninstall the update before I slept when everything was perfectly fine. After this trial, my laptop cannot boot anymore. I visited the computer repair shop hoping it can be fixed but they said my data has to be retrieved and they cannot do it. They recommended me to go to a different store specializing

Bit locker won’t except any of the keys from my Microsoft account. What’s the next step to get it unlocked?

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
