Windows 10: how to get notepad shortcut

I can open notepad via search, but it would be convenient to have a shortcut. Other discussions here recommend using the start menu, but I don't have a start menu. (Yes, this is Windows 10) When I click the Windows thingy in the lower left of the screen, it shows a bunch of icons, but not notepad.

Notepad shortcuts swapped

Hello Andre, thank you for your response, isn't there a way to reset all the shortcut keys within Notepad instead of just one by one? And would those remaps edit shortcuts within the Notepad application itself?
