Windows 10: How to get out of this screen and get to windows

My pc Is stuck here. This is all that comes up after bios . It was working fine yesterday, I shut it down and when I went to turn it on today this happens. Not sure if the picture worked but it’s a blue screen that says “Choose a optionTrouble shootTurn off pc

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
