Windows 10: How to get past motherboard boot screen windows 11? Possible fixes?

So my gaming pc was having problems loading games from steam yesterday. So I tried updating drivers, Didn't work. Checked for corrupted files and that didn't work either. Someone recommended me to uninstall and reinstall my graphics driver. I uninstalled my graphics driver but the driver installation kept failing. So I tried factory resting my pc thinking it would restore the driver but now I am stuck in a boot loop. My pc loads my bios screen and after the bios loads and its ready for windows to load my computer restarts. Over and over again. I can load into bios but can't do anything past th

By minimal setup do you mean test pc with motherboard only then add suggested component and reinsert test because what you listed is a pc setup all components so not sure and without gpu I'm just told hey bro connect your gpu not understanding minimal like just pc no K&Mouse anyway thanks for your reply was hoping a new windows install was hoping against a hardware issue so sad

 

Windows does not boot instantly after Motherboard screen

Watch the video carefully, look at the rotating dots beneath the m/board logo at your step 1. They are the BootStatusIndicator* and are showing you that Windows has already started loading. The m/board logo is replacing the generic 'blue window' BootLogo*, Dell is another OEM that puts their own logo on the boot screen in place of the 'window'. Everything from Step 1 on is part of the normal Windows boot sequence.
