Windows 10: How to get past the black screen with blue loading circle

My pc wouldn’t let me turn it off the normal way so I used the power button and now every time I turn it on I get a black screen with a blue loading circle

Computer Startup - Black Screen with Blue Loading circle

2 days ago I was playing Arma 3 when suddenly the game crashed, shortly after the entire computer crashed and showed one of the many infamous “blue screens”. My computer has been regularly blue screening and I have yet to find the reason as to why. My
computer then went to restart and will only load into a black screen with a blue loading circle. I have tried turning it off and on and itll just keep loading into a black screen. Sometimes the windows will prompt and give me the Advanced Options and other
options. I even tried reseting the pc both ways(keeping personal files and deleting personal files) and it will begin the process then say something along the lines of “Your pc has failed reseting”. I am now sitting here looking at a black screen with little
idea as to what to do. Can anyone offer some guidance?

 

Stuck at black screen with a spinning loading circle

So basically i started my pc and saw a blue screen saying something about an automatic repair and i just clicked the left button and now started up again and am stuck on a black screen with the spinning loading circle ab please help fr fr

Computer starts up with black screen and spinning loading circle indefinitely . I’ve tried to re-boot a number of times to try and bring up th advanced option to no avail.I’ve also tried changing my boot location to my DVD drive and installing disk, again to no avail, except that it came up and asked which version I wanted loaded 32 or 64 bit, gave loading bar, and then went black without any loading circle. I’m stumped ?? Help…any ideas on how to get past this black screen and constant loading circle?
