Windows 10: How To Get Product Key from a Windows Laptop I purchased from a private party?

I purchased a old laptop that originally ran Windows 7 Pro and is currently running Windows 10 Pro. I need to get the product key as I plan to upgrade the storage from the original HDD to the new SATA SDD I purchased but want to make sure I get the correct Windows 10 Pro key.I was unsuccessful in reaching out to the original owner and I'm somewhat refurbishing this laptop for a friend who plans to use it for one game in particular she plays on her phone.Also, I don't have any method of cloning whats on the old HDD to the new SSD. Please help me with this... I still see the product key from whi

No product key after Windows 10 purchase

• How did you upgrade to windows 10?
• Have you done clean install?
• Are you getting any error message?
• From where have you purchased the Windows 10?

If you have purchased from online Microsoft store or any store I suggest you to contact them for the product key.

On the Activation page in the Settings App, is it reported you are currently running Windows 10 Pro?

If so, is the product key you purchased a full Retail Windows Pro key, and if so, where did you purchase that product key form, was that from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

If that was from a 3rd party retailer, how much did you pay for that product key, was it much cheaper than Microsoft charge for the same product?

 

My Product Key

I have hit another roadblock in my marathon two-day attempt to restore the laptop that Windows 10 destroyed. I do not have the product key for the device, so cannot even revert to Windows 8.1. The product key is not shown in the Amazon purchase listing for the device, and I long ago lost the paperwork. Is there any way I can look it up (keeping in mind of course that the device itself is utterly unusable in its current state)?
