Windows 10: How to get recovery key if it is not present in mail.

Hi ,I am experiencing an urgent issue with my Windows device. Despite not making any changes to the hardware or software, BitLocker was suddenly activated, causing my entire screen to lock. As a result, I am unable to boot into Windows.Unfortunately, I cannot locate my BitLocker recovery key, which leaves me unable to access my device. I have important data on this device that I cannot afford to lose. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue as quickly as possible while preserving my data.

Can't personalise Mail on Windows 10

Hi Michelle,

I suggest you to change the color in personalize settings on Windows Mail app and check if this helps.

Follow these steps:

• Open Windows Mail app.
• Click on Settings.
• Select Personalization and do the necessary changes and see if this helps.

If the issue still persists, try the below and check.

I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.

  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
