How to get recovery key when you have key id and drive label

WIn 10 Bitlocker Key, can I use the "Key ID" and "Drive label" to generate a new key?

My HP Laptop, running Windows 10 Enterprise, would not boot after it got some recent Windows Updates, which seemed to relate to Bitlocker(I think the MBAM update killed it).

Anyway, I am booting from the MSDart 10 x64 ERD diags but at the "Recovery Tool", it gives me a
"Key ID" and the "Drive Label", but the link of "http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq" just goes round in circles, and never gives me a option to actually enter the
"Key ID" and the "Drive Label" - so how can i generate a Bitlocker Key from these 2 items??

Is there a different MS webpage that can do this for me?

BitLocker Recovery Key

My Surface Pro 3 updated Windows 10 recently and since then it is asking for the Recovery Key to unlock. I have the Key ID and Drive Label however, I cannot access the recovery key. I tried signing into the outlook account that I set up on the Surface
Pro however, since I have 3 computers I cannot remember my user ID so I have no way to access the recovery key -- any other suggestions? Thanks
