    How to get refund for Flight Simulator 2020 and all purchased add-ons


    I bought FS2020 a few months ago and it has now stopped working. It freezes at the end of the load process. I need help getting it to run, or a refund for the simulator and every add-on I've purchased for it.I haven't been able to connect to support through chat, and there doesn't appear to be any way to get help for this issue. I don't want to return it, but I've invested well over $200 on this currently useless program.Does anyone know a fix for this, or a way to get a support person to assist?rundio

    Flight Simulator 2020 Refund

    This morning after 11 frustrating days I gave up trying to download Flight Simulator 2020. I understand that it's possible to purchase the title on DVD so that's what I intend to do. My question is, how do I get a refund from Microsoft for my purchase?
