Windows 10: How to get refund on gift cards that were bought by a hacker?

I work up and got an email say this "Rosemarie Haper joined your family". I don't know who that is or what "my family" is. Then a couple minutes after that I was charged for $50 worth of Microsoft credit. I don't have the credit on my account so I assume this Rosemarie Haper took it. Then after they charged me, both me and Rosemarie the hacker in question were removed from the family account.How do I go about disputed this transaction and how can I get my money back?Thanks

You should follow the below process for refund, if you are eligible. Once refund is processed, then you can use your gift card + credit card combination to use to buy again.

For second time buy, I would suggest you to work with Microsoft help to see the feasibility of buying gift through card + credit card combination to avoid issues.
