Windows 10: how to get rid of a hacker on my computer

How can i get rid of a hacker who keeps controlling my computer and has access to my admin username and password---i have an acer ntro 5 and a macbook pro and he has access to both--should i take one to the apple store and the other just sell?***Moved from Outlook / Outlook for Windows / For business***

Hackers and Get Rid of Trojan Horse

I was on fb this evening and the hackers who are almost next door to me caused my fb page to go off 3 times, I lose money in my games and sometimes cannot post things. I will try the steps to destroy this Trojan horse and all the other files 400,+ put on
my computer which includes classes for other users and the "eye" so they can hack my passwords, it is disgusting. I need to know how to get rid of the "eye" also. My windows defender does not work and they have set my computer to 32 bit not 64 which it should
be I think they put another windows 10 on my computer and there may be more. The hackers are the system and I am the local computer.

The hackers have disabled my F8 key also and change my firewall settings also. I have over 20 rules for different programs in my firewall setting, it is crazy. Somebody help.

The Reset PC feature does not completely format the virus, the system local files are still retained.

If you want to get rid of hackers, the first thing you need to do is the following.

• 1. Change a network environment, if you can't change it temporarily, you can use a mobile phone hotspot to provide network for your computer (pay attention to the use of data traffic, check whether your data traffic is enough)
  

• 2. Reformat and install your windows so as to make sure your computer virus is gone.
  

• 3. Change your Microsoft account password, or even enable the 2-step verification feature. For a safer initialization of your computer, I suggest that you do not apply the Microsoft account login for now, but use the offline local administrator account to login your new windows.

What is quickest way to find hackers entrance to computer?

I have a hacker in computer, what steps to remove, block entrance to computer programs. I tried going to basics, reloading windows...I do not know what steps to take. Please advise.
