Windows 10: How to get rid of a popup that mentions Microsoft Office

I'm getting this popupI noticed that Pc App Store is apparently making this offer. I've encountered other situations where PC App Store was probably installing software on one's computer or phone that gives them access to issue the popup. I'm not an attorney, but it seems to me that the FTC might consider this kind of activity improper. But I digress. In the other instance of this kind that I experienced, the only way I found to get rid of it was to actually purchase the item. That qualified me go to the offending app's support, which in turn led to finding out how to get my money back and als

Narrator cause mention pop out feature doesn't work correctly

Hi, currently I have encounter an issue that with Narrator turn on, the website @ mention feature is unable to work correctly.
This issue also able to reproduce in microsoft team web version (https://teams.microsoft.com/), google sheet and etc.

Step to reproduce:
1. Open narrator
2. Open microsoft team in web version
3. In any group chat, type '@'.

4. A suggestion list will popup.

5. Unable to continue key in any text to filter the suggestion list. Narrator will voice 'unavailable' upon key press.

p/s: It seems like Narrator will auto focus on the popup suggestion list option which have been implemented with aria-selected='true' and cause the input key no longer working.

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
