    How to get rid of continuous screen freezing and Blue scree pop up with stop code :...


    My screen suddenly freezes once a day, and then a blue screen pops out saying your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. I have been facing this issue continuously for three days. Please, anyone from the Microsoft Windows team, help me out. I am a working guy, and this issue is troubling me a lot.

    Blue screen, stop codes and continuous startup loop

    We are getting blue screen stop codes and the screen states that PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. There are 2 stop codes, 1) NTFS_files_ system 2) FAT_file_system. Then the computer continues to restart.

    Have tried to hold the Windows button but nothing happens. Any suggestions?
