Windows 10: How to get rid of duplicate user on Windows Sign in page?

Anytime I boot up my pc, a user that is a duplicate of mine appears, just without the profile picture. Now when I try to log in to this user, it just brings me to my user account. I want to get rid of this since it's getting annoying now. When I check the users on my PC, it does not show another one. I don't know what's going on.

Thanks for your response, I followed your instructions, but there are no duplicate accounts there, and the box is already unchecked.

Press Windows key + R

Type: control userpasswords2

Hit Enter

If you see the duplicate account there, select it then click Remove.

If not, you can still configure Windows to auto-sign in.

Press Windows key + R

Type: control userpasswords2

Hit Enter

Uncheck 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer'

Click Apply then OK.

 

Windows 10 Duplicate Accounts on Sign-IN

When I turn on my computer and the sign in page comes up I have 2 different duplicate users (a total of 4 to pick from). The files are the same in the duplicates under the same name. How can I get rid of these? When I go in to Control Panel and User
Accounts, the duplicates are not shown there. You just see the two that were set up when the computer was originally set up.
