Windows 10: How to get rid of not the Search Box but that bigger box that appears when hovering close...

When I hover near or over the Windows Search Box a large useless news type box pops up. Today the first at the top reads: Summer movies to watch. All is underlined and to the far right there's Recent Web Searches and beneath says Trending Searches those type boxes drive me nuts. Is there a way to get rid of it?

When I hover over a picture with my pointer, an information box appears blocking a lot of the picture …. how do I get rid of that annoying feature??
