Windows 10: How to get rid of 'obs-virtualcam-module64.dll' ?

Hi,There is this software 'OBS Studio' which was installed in my laptop since last year, version 29.1.3.0 to be specific. Now, I uninstalled it around an hour ago. However, this plug-in file remained and won't delete. I tried looking for solutions on the internet and found out that this should have been uninstalled separately using an uninstall batch file that was included in the OBS Program files directory. Now that I have uninstalled it, that batch file is gone as well. I tried to download that particular batch file of the same version but didn't work. I tried to delete it from the Registry

To assist you better I would like to know, are you facing this issue only with the OBS application?

I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the application and check if that helps. Follow the below steps.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Programs and features, locate for OBS premiere, right click on it and
  uninstall it.

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

 

Problem using OBS to record UK television from my screen

Regarding digital rights - I can't see that this is the problem given it works on one laptop and not the other, unless the companies are targetting me alone *Sad. And it worked fine for me until a few weeks ago. But thanks for the suggestion of using a VM, definitely something to consider. I think my next step will be to uninstall OBS and see if that changes anything.
