Windows 10: How to get rid of persistent notification in top left corner Windows 11

It appears that this was asked before but there was no response that provided an answer to the problem.This notification is from my VPN software, which is fine, but it is blocking anything that I might need to access in that corner. I also see notifications from other software in this corner so it is not just my VPN software.I went to System->Notifications and turned all notifications off, or at least those that I was able to.Anyone have a solution?

Just updated to Windows 11. This is at least the second time I've had a notification (or something) in the top left corner that stays over every window. It's not clickable but it covers menu items for applications I have open

Hello ... windows 11 top left corner of every window is selected automatically even if no window is opend and i am at desktop the first icon at top left corner is selected and it happens sometimes and one restart fixes the issue but again it happens and i bought my laptop just in a few weeks and its brand new and no hardware damage ... any help please?

As suggested, if you enable the balloon through GPO, set it back to the default and use the Registry edit to bring the balloon on. See: Enable balloon notifications in Windows 10 using a Registry tweak
