Windows 10: How to get rid of ping spikes happening every 8-15 seconds. Happens while video streaming...

For a couple of days now I have been experiencing rough ping spikes while gaming and video streaming. It happens between consistent intervals, usually around every 8-15 seconds. It will jump up to 200 or even 300 and then back down. I have tried many solutions but nothing has worked so far. Im on windows 11 and run a ryzen 7 5800x for cpu and a rx6750xt as my gpu. I don't know what could be causing it, but probably something related to the wireless connection. I've experienced this before but it would only last a day then go away. Now it has been persistent and won't leave. I don't know if it

Ping spikes every 8-9 seconds consistently

I have followed all the steps with the windows tool and I am still getting the same ping spikes.

 

ping spikes to 100-300 every 15 seconds

my family got this router called the deco m5 which comes with 2 boosters, I connect to the main one connected to the modem the modem is an nbn box since I live in Australia, anyways my ping stays steady at 30 then every 15 seconds it shoots to 300 I have no Idea what to do, I am using wifi and ethernet is not an option btw I made it so the qos settings prioritize gaming and my pc. I am using the TL-WN8200ND V2 network adapter and thse ping spikes only happened when i got the new router

I get massive ping spikes every 8-10 seconds using wifi I cant really access ethernet. Running 5ghz connection ipv6 100gbps

I also pinged the same address on my phone with no issues.
