Windows 10: How to get rid of Realtek & Intel audio and get Microsoft HD audio instead?

I have an Acer Extensa 215-51 laptop. I want to get rid of Realtek Audio and Intel display audio and replace them with Microsoft High Definition Audio. I've tried a lot but only 1 time I managed to do it but the old drivers got installed again after restarting so I want a way to keep it forever btw I did it by uninstalling realtek audio console and then going to device manager and browse for drivers and then there was the Microsoft driver for my HDMI connected TV.

it depends on what audio device and software originally came with your PC. If that originally came with Realtek Audio, then this should be no problem, if your PC came with Intel HD Audio, then you cannot install Realtek Audio . . .

If your PC did originally come with Realtek Audio, go to the support page for your PC, on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the Audio device drivers that is recommended for your system . . .

If you have any difficulty locating that support page for your PC what is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . . .
