Windows 10: How to get rid of unwanted app: App:NetFilterSDK for good

Microsoft Defender on my windows 10 pc Keeps Detecting potentially unwanted app: App:NetFilterSDK. Sometimes it blocks it, but it keeps coming back. Once Microsoft Defender reported that it is still active I've used Microsoft Security scanner. Sometimes Security Scanner Hangs up, sometimes it shows files infected durring scan but at the end of the scan it reports nothing found. How can I get rid of this pext? It's usually in a file called \netfilter2.sys

And i dunno its from the app or something, sometimes i need to refresh several times to show the content

One more please add app update notification from the app or button for reporting bugs or suggestion
