Windows 10: How to get rid of windows security login when connecting to wifi

Everytime i try and connect to my university’s wi-fi it asks me to sign in to windows security which I don’t know how to do. I have tried resetting my laptop and also my network settings but this hasn’t worked.

OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?

 

Wifi secure login issues

I had my network configurations set to automatically login to my school's secure wifi network using my login credentials for my school. They made me change my password and the first time I tried to log in to the network after changing my password it got
stuck on connecting (it's trying to connect with the wrong password). I "forgot" the network and tried to log into the secure network and it still stuck on "connecting." I essentially tried everything then looked it up on my phone and tried everything again,
step by step, as you guys have told other people to solve similar problems. Nothing seems to work. It worked fine before I changed my password, everything is up to date, I just can't change my login credentials or get windows to prompt me to enter my username
and password. Why can't I just right click on the network name and change my login credentials?

I've got 4 systems connecting via wireless; all adapters are different makes; all have zero issues, and two of them are old (wireless-G only). Most every issue I have seen with wireless connections has been driver-related. (Or, impending router failure.) I would suggest identifying your adapter model/make, and searching for different drivers that you can try out. And, sometimes an older driver works better than a newer one (just had this issue on a system I was working on yesterday). Also, verify you have these same connection issues when connecting to different routers, just to rule that out.
