Windows 10: How to get support with windows 10 issues make an icon

Look I just want to know how to make a customized icon for a specific website to put up on my desktop. I want an answer. I do not want the responder to ask me more questions about my computer, my operation system, or which site I am asking about. because there are several. Tell me how to create a customized icon for a specific website to go on my desktop using windows 10.

By the way why is it that when I go to the support site for windows 10 locate my problem only to see that it is LOCKED????? I mean what in heavens name are you trying to fool us. The only reason we go to that damn site is to get answers. Microsoft.... hello must be nice to have other people to do you work for you then lock it up for no one to see it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.
