  1. How to get Task Manager to start at Boot on Windows 11 PC

When I boot my PC I have Outlook start automatically. That is simple: Settings --> Apps --> Startup --> Select Option. There is no option to start Task Manager at the same time. I like having Task Manager running because the little TM icon on the Task Bar tells me when the CPU is actually doing something. There is a Shortcut to Task Manager in the Startup Folder Windows + R --> "shell:startup" which works when I seek it out and click on it. That doesn't automatically start TM.How do I get TM to start automatically on Boot? Thanks

    :)

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

    Any suggestions?
