Windows 10: How to get this card or popup away?

What I'm talking about is the pale blue and white popup with "You" on it right under on the uploaded image, a screenshot of my desktop while surfing this forum. I must have checked an input box to show itself, yesterday or so but I don't remember where anymore. You can not right or left click on it and it always hides a part of the website that is active. It is especially annoying when I'm asking support to the copilot, I can't chat with him as normally. Anyone an idea what this popup is and how to get rid of it?

• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
