Windows 10: How to get win11 Cumulative Update to install while receiving errors

Hello!I've tried multiple times to install the update "2023-01 Cumulative Update" on my pc without success. It downloads the package every time after restarts, and there always appears an error message about the installing process pls refer to the picture. So far I've emptied the windows temp folder and C:/Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Download. I've also performed SFC /ScanNow, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Check- and RestoreHealth. They didn't give any errors or find issues. What could be done next?

Cumulative December update

I tried to download and install the December Cumulative Update from the website you had listed and did not have any luck. I received error messages stating that it would not install and it still has not come through windows update. Do you have any other
suggestions?

 

Receiving errors when installing 1607

I received suggestions to uninstall the updates and thry and reinstall and to try and install after a clean boot. Neither one of these worked. Neither KB321120 or KB3213986 were listed to uninstall. When I did the clean
boot and tried the installation I received the same errors 0x8e5e03fa. The errors occurred after it showed 8% downloaded. I welcome other suggestions.

 

Error: 0x80070246, when installing cumulative updates

This has been going on since 1709 I'm on 1809 now! My PC just refuses to install cumulative updates always with an error of 0x80070246. Every other update will install fine.

Here's everything I've done so far:

1. Tried Different Antivirus Programs: AVG, AVAST, Kaspersky, Windows Defender
2. Scanned PC for Viruses, Malware, spyware, etc.
3. Manually installing the Updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog
4. Renamed "Software Distribution" and "Catroot2" folders
5. Re-registered BITS and Windows update files
6. Used System File Checker SFC command
7. Restarted Windows Update Components
8. Deleted CLFS logs
9. Used "Reset PC"

Any other suggestions?
